Fruit- and blossom extracts

• Yobeliee’s composition is very complex. About 100 different aromatic compounds have been detected.

• The bioactive compounds in red grapes and black elderberries, in particular polyphenoles, show antioxidative function protecting from free radicals.

• The naturally balanced combination of grape sugar and fruit sugar accomplishes immediate refreshment and a lasting stabilisation of the blood sugar level. Both grape sugar and fruit sugar are among the main constituents in ripe fruits and in natural bee honey.

• Grape sugar, a monosaccharide, enters the human body even while a person is drinking, causing immediate refreshment. Fruit sugar, its natural complement, prevents one’s blood sugar level from dropping sharply (the cause of hunger). What is more, fruit sugar satisfies the desire for sweets.

• Yobeliee is non-alcoholic, non-heat-treated and free from preservatives. Instead, a special system of micro filters provides for excellent stability. Yobeliee is manufactured according to the regulations of the Austrian Food Safety and Consumer Protection Law and approved by the Austrian Food Testing Institute LVA.
